The Organisation of African Unity (Morocco left in 1984).
In our world
Thirty-two states founded the Organisation of African Unity at Addis Ababa on 25 May 1963, to finish decolonisation and defend the new borders. Morocco left in 1984 over Western Sahara. In 2002 the OAU became the African Union.
In TND
The OAU of 2000 is the one we knew. Whether it ever becomes a true African Union - a single state rather than a club - is up to the players: the Unions of Nations decisions let a champion try.
